InputField for Plugin

hi,

I am able to edit the InputField enabled columns in the Client Version.

But when i access the same .qvw file through the portal ( plugins), I am getting a cross sign across the table object where i try to edit the Column.

Is it possible to use the InputField option to edit the text in the portal?
