Hi,

I have used INPUTFIELD function before and I know the field defined as this can be used in a Table Box to edit values.

But what does the InputSum function do? Is it for objects like Straight Tables etc? Is that what makes that function special the fact that you can edit values in a straight table?

If there is anything else special about it?

Yes InputSum is used in straight table and can be used to actually edit values through a straight table. I think it works with Pivot table also.
