I'm currently looking at developing something within qlikview using INPUTFIELDS, and was wondering if anyone in the community could offer any experience of lessons learned or common pitfalls when using this functionality.
As some background, what I'll basically want to do is have a table of clients, with a percentage and a sales total that the user could change for about 10 different products. So roughly I'm looking at around 300,000 rows, with 2 values each, so around 600,000 unique inputfield values. Different users would be accessing different clients, and any crossover between the sets would be none/minimal.
The functionality would only be in place for a short amount of time before the output values (sales total * percentage) was then exported out and incorporated into the regular data model.
