Interval Match - Several Dimensions

I am currently have data which shows for recruitment.  Each Job ref has various stages, i.e.  Stage1 - Authorised to Advertised / Stage2 - Advertised to Closing Date / Stage3 - Closing Date to Shortlisting Date / Stage 4 - Shortlisting Date to Interview Date.

I have the same criteria for the grouping of the stages.  i.e.  0-10 days / 11-20 Days / 21-30 Days.

I am probably being a bit thick here, but which is the best way to use interval match to show how long each stage is taking (within the groupings)

E.g.  There are 10 applications

Total Stage 1 Applications 0-10 Days = 3

Total Stage 1 Applications 11 - 20 Days = 5

Total Stage 1 Applications - 21 - 30 Days = 2

Total Stage 2 Applications 0-10 Days = 1

Total Stage 2 Applications 11-20 Days = 2

Total Stage 2 Applications 21-30 Days = 7

Total Stage 3 Applications 0-10 Days = 5

Total Stage 3 Applications 11-20 Days = 3

Total Stage 3 Applications 21-30 Days = 2

Total Stage 4 Applications 0-10 Days = 8

Total Stage 4 Applications11-20 Days = 1

Total Stage 4 Applications 21-30 Days = 1

I will be showing these in graphs in the report.

Many thanks

Phil
