Is it possible to show labels inside *AND* outside of a segment?

I have a stacked bar chart, would like the values for each segment to be displayed inside the segment but still have the total for the bar at the top.... this seems REALLY basic, am I missing something?

There is a toggle box to show values inside the bar. With this on, they are all plotted inside the segments, which is great, but then the total at the top goes away....
