Is it possible to use a bookmark in a report, if so, can someone show me an example please

Hi Helen,

Yes, it is possible. Select particular selection in your report and then

Go to Bookmarks (Menu bar) > Add Bookmark and create the bookmark at document level.

Thank you for your reply

I am still unsure how to show a bookmark in Reports!   I have built a report in my QVW and want to show a static view of table, and I cannot get the set analysis working, so I thought I owuld bookmark the table and then add the table to my Report

It does not seem to be available through Report List >>

Am I missing something?

First define a bookmark, then edit the report, open the report settings window, choose the Selections tab and set Initial Selection to Bookmark and choose the bookmark you want to use for the report.
