Is there a better way to show dimension labels in block chart

Hi,

Is there a better way to show dimension labels in block chart? I am not quit happy with default setting , I tried changing font color and size, still feeling that font color should be contrast to block color. Please suggest me if any better method.

Click on the + in front of the expression, select Text Color and enter an expression to calculate a color:

Could you give me an example on how to calculate or point me to right resource?
