Is there any notifications embedded when reloading data?

Was confused if it is possible to send email or notifiy somebody I had new reloaded data. I want it automatically. Is this possible? Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, you can. You need to login to Management console. Documents > Source Documents > Distribute > Notify.

In order to send a notification to users, you also need to configure your Distribution Service, mail server adress, user name etc.)

Hi Omer, how to configure Distribution Service, mail server adress, user name etc.? Thanks. Coz currently on my management console, I dont have "Source Documents" tab, I only have "User Documents"...

To configure mail setting, you should go System tab.

"Source documents" is seen because, I also have publisher license. it is normal if you do not have a publisher license.
