Better you should call these two sheets in Qlikview and than compare in Qlikview itself.

From my point of view, import data from both the excel into qlikview, do your comparisions & you can save your result in another table if required.

As far as i know, you cannot do comparision of excel files outside of qlikview & then import.

Pranav,

It is not possible. You cannot compare two excels and fetch. First you need to fetch the excel sheets and then compare the data in qlikview then save it to another table.
