Is there any ways we can set multiple variables in one event?

Hi ,

      We have a scenario to change mutiple variables(10+) in one of the events. Can be this done in one event rather creating 10 external set variables?.

Can i use a macro which sets all these variables by looking at some input paramters?. Any thoughts?.

We have 1YR ,3YR and 5YR buttons which will drive X axis (daily or monthly or quarterly) of the bar chart and selected button should be in different color. which is happening fine using variables for these buttons clicks.

But some one selectes other dimensions(Quarter or year etc..)  then these colors are not working  so we want to do this on calnedar date selection field of the document triggers so we will see start and end date of selection and compute button colors appropriately..
