Issue With QlikView Environment

Hi,

not sure if anyone can help but we have recently experienced an issued with our test Qlik environment. Our environment consists of 1 x Qlik server with 1 x IIS server providing the "front end". We currently receive a "No Connection" message in the web GUI client. Further diagnosis reveals that there are error messages being generated from QlikView with authentication errors communicating back to the QlikView Settings service on port 4750 (please see attached screenshot).

Any advice would be appreciated my current train of thought is that something has gone wrong with the Windows services credentials - there is a domain account created that is used between the Qlik and IIS servers for running services under.

Can you logon to the QlikView Management Console (QMC) and check the status of the QlikView services?

Yes, they all appear to be active / up including the IIS/Qlikview Settings Service
