For better understanding, please find the attached application with data source, In Excel file there are two sheets having names Given table,

and required table.

        Please find the application. All you have to do is use the same expression and check the Full Accumulation from Expression tab.

Other way is to use following expression

rangesum(Sum (BALANCE),above([Range]))

Here [Range] is the name of this expression.
