The QVW that is being displayed in your AccessPoint (and that is possibly also reduced), is available in your Document root (or in the distribution folder if you have a Publisher). Open it in QV Desktop and check Settings->Document Properties->Tables. Objects in the UI cannot be reliably used to report on the number of rows in your internal tables.

Your Section Access code hints at the usage of Data Reduction. That's probably why you don't see all rows that were initially loaded by the load script. When oopening the document in the AccessPoint, every user defined in the Section Access table will get a reduced view of the document according to which link values exist in the document for the identified user.

Also note that there is no ADMIN role in the AccessPoint. Everybody is treated as a USER. The main difference is that in QV Desktop your account may be recognised as an ADMIN and you can possibly see all data by default (i.e. not because Section Access says so), but there is no such behavior in the AccessPoint.

i thought this Code for Admin:

ADMINUser:

LOAD

'PHARMA\'&''&upper(NTLOGIN) as ADMIN_NTNAME

FROM $(vQVD)Dim_User_Mapping.qvd (qvd)

where not isnull(TRIMMENTITYID) and isnull(BUID) and isnull(PRODUCTID) and GEOGRAPHYID = '-9999';

TMP:

LOAD CONCAT(CHR(39) & ADMIN_NTNAME & CHR(39),',') AS ADMIN_NTNAME1

RESIDENT ADMINUser;

LET vADMINNTNAME = PEEK('ADMIN_NTNAME1',0);

//=======

TST1:

LOAD distinct concat(Chr(39)&NTNAME&Chr(39),',') as USER1

Resident Security

Where ACCESS = 'USER'

and wildmatch(upper(NTNAME),$(vADMINNTNAME))=0;

Correct me if i am Wrong

And kindly help me out how can i retrive all the Record into the Table for User

If you want to retrieve all data in the document view in the AP, you'll have to make sure that the Section Access entry for your account links to everything in your data model. This is usually done by defining a link field with a value like 'ALL' instead of one or more existing values in your data sources, and in Section Application you can create this artificial value and link it to everything.

Or you could disable "Strict Exclusion". But that's a bit of a brute force method as it applies to everyone who can get in but doesn't have proper link values. Maybe not your preferred technique...

  1. Can you explain what this code does? It doesn't ring a bell.
  2. Retrieve all record for user. See above (previous post)

Of course, first you have to make sure that your final QVW really does contain all 12000 records. Did you do the check of your published document in QV Desktop yet?
