Issue with a pivot table

I've managed to get a pivot table with all the data I need but it requires some extra formatting.
Long story short: how can I get rid of the "ambiente" column without affecting the data in my other columns? I need the table to have the following headers:

"cognome" "nome" "ambiente" "amb asl" "amb priv" "ospedale" "osp. DM" "occasionali" "condivisi" "totale", but if I remove the "ambiente" column, there won't be any data in any other columns except "cognome" and "nome"(which are taken from the database).

I probably have to use the aggregate function but can anyone help me with it?

So you are looking for a way to show this chart without adding ambiente as a dimension?

May be use a one time macro to suppress the width of ambiente column to 0?
