Issue with the .share file in Qlikview 11.20 SR12

We are facing an issue after upgrading our Qlikview server to version 11.20 SR12.

The issue is that our users some time lost all  collaboration objects and server bookmarks they did, even the .shared file is still exist in QlikView server. They have to recreate their objects and bookmarks and then suddenly lost them some days later.

The thing is that this issue doesn't happen to all Qlikview document (.qvw), it likely happen to big .qvw file.

I have spent time to investigate to this issue but found no solutions for this. 

I am very appreciated if any experts can share some knowledge about this issue

Maybe you could see and repair the shared-files with the Power Tools 1.2 for QlikView and of course regularly backup's of these files will be helpful, too.
