It is possible passing parameters from qv document to a url???

Can anyone help me with this issue, i want to pass some paramenter to a url but it is possible, and if yes how can i do it??

I have same problem.

System replaces chars on <url>

& -> %26

% -> %25

I have a Spanish regional settings.

Can anyone help us?

I have tested some chars

And I have problems from chr(32) to chr(44).

All them are replaced.

Any suggestion
