Javascript error - Chart Export

When the chart is exported to excel, getting the attached javascript error. When mouse hovered the export image getting tooltip as 'undefined'.

Getting the error messages only in a particular IE version

IE 11 (11.0.9600.18816) with version update 11.0.47. OS is Windows 7 Professional SP 1.

For the same user, in other IE versions IE11(11.0.9600.18762) -- it is working fine.

Tooltip is 'Send to excel' and also the chart is getting exported.

Can someone please help. This should be related to IE version and should be a common issue and not in particular to Qlikview .

Do we need to install and Servicepack for this version?
