Latest three months Average with the entry of January

Hi, Dear All

Please refer the data loaded where I need to calculate averages on four variables over latest three Months (January,December & November). But the results produce for (July to January), But Up to December, with the expression used here always given the averages over three Months. Can some body to look in to this & see what changes to be made to get the required output.
