Layout Options are different

I am looking at a combo chart ( BAR and LINE) in two different dashboards.  However, on one of the chart I dont see all the options for Layout.  Rounded Corners and User Borders are missing.. what is the reason ?

You need to change the Styling Mode in Document Properties on the General tab to Advanced, and you should then see the extra options.
