Licence problem

Hi All,

I am facing problem with  licence key.I was trying to install with valid licence key but i am getting error.

i am attaching error screen shot.

Hi hari,

Have you tried opening a document (Golf Quest for example), from server:

File --> Open in server

This action will asign you a licence from QlikView Server.

Do you have Patch key and Control number with you. If so, Try again from Settings -- User Preferences -- License Tab then try with Change button and then apply.

Does you have really, Local client license / explain more?

I am using Control number and i am following Settings-->User preference-->Licence tab-->Create->Licence key-->Control number

after that i am getting this error.
