Licensing GoogleMap API 3.0

Hi all,

I use the extension GoogleMap Cluster.qar

In my company can I used this extension with GoogleMap cluster without license?

What is the limit or what is the conditions limits to use this extension free in my company?

What is informations that servers Google get ?

Another question : I want to create an entry Custom Marker Label  in this extension, someone have a idea ?
