Limit the values displayed for a field in pivot table dimension

Hi all,

Let assume I use a field as Dimension of a pivot table. Is there a way to limit how many values for this field are displayed. For example I would like to display sales information for given productgroups by weeks. ProductGroup is one dimension and week is another with sum(sales) as expression. If I dont' select specific week values then all weeks will be displayed. Is there a way to display only last five weeks of data along with the total sum of all weeks for current year?

Another question is if in a pivot tables a record is repeated due to a many to one relation with a field can we select the first value for the field. For example, I have inventory informatinon for a given product and the same product can exists in two wearhouses but I would like to display only the sum along with one of the warehouses. For time being I'm using "concat ( DISTINCT wearhouse, ',') " as an expression. Is it possible to simply aggregate the warehouse names for the product .

Thanks,

G
