Limitation of Personal Edition

Is there any limitation for opening my own document (created in same system with same installation)?

If no, I couldn't open some which I opened more number of times, what is the reason behind this?

Anybody know this?

There was some bug about personal document generated froma personal edition, already tied to upgrade to 9 SR3?
