Line Chart Question

I would like to create a line chart but want my axis to be 100% and I want to show above and below the line of 100%. Is there a way to change the line from starting at zero and instead start at 100?

In the Axis tab of the properties, set the Static Min to 100 (or if the value is a true %, then it will probably be 1).

Is it something I have to type in the expression?

You can type it into an expression, but you can also just key in the number into the space available, I included a picture below.
