Line Chart background colour

Hi all,

Please kindly advise me on how to create RAG colour for the background of a line chart.

I will like the background colour to be equally divided. ie. Green 33.3%, Amber 33.3% and Red 33.3%.

Maybe use an appropriate image in chart properties->colors->frame background -> image and 'plot area only' checked.
