Hi, can anyone tell me if i can use the MAX VISIBLE NUMBER option under the presentation tab to show the LAST 20 values?
If i set it to 20, it shows the first 20. I am using it to display figures for financial weeks, we are currently in week 21, but if i set it to only show 20 then it displays results for weeks 1-20. Is there a way to display results for the LAST 20 weeks instead (so weeks 2-21, but next week it would show weeks 3-22, etc)
Any help would be great.
thanks
Did you try changing sort order of the dimension (week) to show the most recent first?
Hi, does anybody know how i can achieve this please?
Instead of limiting under the presentation tab, try setting the min and max values for the x axis on the axis tab. Set the static max to max(week) and the static min to mac(week) -20
Hope this helps, Jason

Thanks Jason, That worked but to be able to use the Static Min and Static Max, i have to tick 'Continuous'. I don't think the chart looks very good with 'Continuouse' ticked.
But krishnamoorthy's suggestion did what i wanted
There is a checkbox "Reversed" sligtly below the @Max Visible Numbers" setting if you check that one you should get the last 20 values instead of the first.
