List box issue

I have a listbox object. On the left half of list box(which contains field names), I want the background to be in Yellow color(instead of White) and with the separation (like lines) between the fields. Anyone having any idea how to achieve it ? Please see the attached below:

Hi,

You can go to the mutibox presentation Grid ,Closed colour but it will give you a seperation grid between the text and drop down .

Hi Ravi,

I want the background color to be changed on the left side of the multibox(where fields names shows up). Your suggestion will change the background color to field values(right side).

P.S. I was able to achieve the separation between field names in the left side. Bbut background color is still the issue

It seems like the background color for the multibox only kicks through when you first set it and then go to Settings > Document Properties and pull the Transparency slider to Max under Selection appearance (bottom right on first tab).

Can you please explain a bit more on this? I am not getting the clear picture. Where/how we have to set the color for Multibox(left side of MB where field name displays) ?
