Listbox Date Error

Hi Guys,

i have a specific problem with the date format in a report and hope you have an idea to solve this.

The list box for the date looks as follows:

DatumFehlerbD.jpg

The last day imported was the 13th february. After this date QlikView continues the list box with the figures above. 40953 is the code for 14.02.2012 and so on, but how can i tell it, that it has to show it in the right format and not in wild figures, or that it ends after the last imported date?

Anyone who has an idea?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

List Box -> Properties -> Number tab - > Select Override Document Settings -> Select Date

I think this fixes the issue.

Hi,

Have you tried DATE or DATE# in your load script?

I assume that it's a loading issue. Are you loading from excel file? I have seen something like this if the cell formatting in excel changes in column.

If so, either correct the excel formatting or use alt() function to parse in different formats. Please have a look at the alt() function in the Help.

Hope this helps,

Stefan
