Listbox issue when posting to server

Hello,

When trying to post my application to a server, I am having issues with the listbox options populating.  When I am on my local file it works properly.  Any thoughts on a way to fix this?  Our server environment is SR10.

Are you sure both environments are accessing the same source data if the document is reloaded?
