Listbox value exculded in alternate states

Dear all,

We have one list box like City. I have the same listbox in 2 differents  groups like (Group1,Group2) using alternate states.

The requirement is: if I select any values in Group1 listbox, the same value should be excluded from Group2.

Just a little question: when I select value in list box named 'Competitors', I don't see excluded values in grey.
