Load multiple table from excel

Hi guys,

          you can find the example in the attachment.

Strarting from the example I would like to arrive to this situation:

shop_id	hour	month	year	value
xyz	00:00:00	jan	2015	1.12
xyz	00:15:00	jan	2015	1.15

or to a situatin that I can hadle in with qlikview.

I tried to use cross table option, but it's not enough.
