Loading Problem...

Dear All,

I am able to open my application on Access point on my server, But When Users are trying to open there application on there machine

they are not able to open it... When users open there account They are able to see all application but when they want to open any application...Loading is going on for a long period...

I am using .Net 4.5 with QV11...

Please show me the right way...

a few questions

1) Using which browser? iexplorer? plugin?

2) what version of browser?

3) not came any message of error?

4) they have license?

5) they could acces to te acces point ok? can log in?

They are using IE as well as Chrome latest version ...

Yeas they have licences..

There are no error message ...Only loading going on after successfully enter in access point...

Dear fernando Users are able to login from any machine with there credentials but not able to open their application..

But when User open application on server with there credentials,the application was open with no loading problem..
