Loading flat file

Hi please help.

I am trying to load flat files into Qlikview but i have hit a wall.

I have text files with fixed length with A as File Transmission Header, BC as Header 1 Record Line and ND as Detail Line.

A describes the invoice header like Header indicator, message type, System record, number of records...,

BC describes header record details like account number, invoice number, invoice date, warehouse...

and ND describes the invoice details like line number, list price, product code...

Problem is i need to link the A to BC to ND.

A typical file looks like this
