Logging of User Information, accessing Tabs in Qlikview Document

Hi All,

I have requirement related to tab logging . There are 15 tabs in my Qlikview application QVW. Application is deployed on server and users are accessing tabs .

I need to log the information of user accessing the tabs .

So need to Log ;

Tab Name :

Access by (User Name)

Time:

Could you please help me getting this done as I am not finding the write option to do this .

Hi All/Sunil,

This is something Different .

I am looking for : If I have one QVW file with 10 sheets avaliable . Then how to log the information of those users who accessed the Sheets in a day .

If one user ones the application and clicks on one sheet then we need to store /log the sheet name /user name and time .

Please suggest to proceed further.

Hi Gyan,

it´s a QlikView Server setting you have to activate. See the attached screen shot.

You can load the Log into QlikView and analyze it.

There is a new feature in v10 for exactly what you want todo.
