Logic Modification:

The Logic is Working fine but i need a little change.

I am Calculating Ageing : 'Customer Approved'  - 'Pending for Customer Approval'  WORKSTATUS

as Many Times they are coming i.e. first 'Pending for Customer Approval' than 'Customer Approved'

WORKSTATUS.

This is working fine where there is single status but working wrong when there comes multiple

'Pending for Customer Approval' and 'Customer Approved' WORKSTATUS.

For such cases i need difference MAXIMUM Customer Approved' WORKSTATUS

and MINIMUM 'Pending for Customer Approval'  WORKSTATUS.

Do the Needful.

Sir I appreciate your work but when i applied your logic in my whole qvd it doesn't gave me the desired output.

I have also done Order By TICKETNUMBER but still no Result.

In some cases i am getting Desired Result and in Number of Cases i am not getting the result which i needed.

The Logic you have shared is for single TICKETNUMBER.

I have to apply this logic for number of TICKETNUMBERS.

Kindly provide solution for that.

But when i am applying your logic on full data than it is not giving me appropriate result

even on Order by Ticketnumber.

You just need to check for a change in TICKETNUMBER.
