Logic Requirement

The Logic is working Perfectly when i use Where Condition for Single TICKET ID bu when i exclude where clause

and use whole data it does not give the desired output. Kindly do the needful.

Mr. G Wassenaar helped me by providing me the Logic but that was only for Single case as i have not shared with him the full data.
