Try it with disabling the protected mode and adding the access point to the trusted sites.

Thanks Marcus,

Server IP is in the trusted sites list.

I have a question : How to disable the protected mode?

I think it's depending on the used release where this option is placed. In my case it's within the tab security:

I'm not sure if I had understood at first your question right. You have no problem to access a document per chrome and if you used the IE than it worked with the IP from the qlikview server but not with the name from the qlikview server, right?

This meant that the DNS server in your environment worked (unless chrome could cache them) and per IE the matching from the IP to the server name will be blocked. Did it ever work with the IE?

I would check it with another browser (firefox) and would take a look on the connection-options within the IE if there is any routing over a proxy-server (if yes notfying the settings and remove them). If nothing from them helped then you should contact your IT to check if the DNS entries are still correct or if there was any changes within the network, for example by the group policies.
