Looped field name in header not functioning properly

Hello QV Community,

I have searched and tried various solutions already posted, but nothing seems to work for me. I have a report that is one multi-page page with my pivot table on it. I have the report looped by the field ManagerName and I want the ManagerName to be in the header of each page. I have tried =only(ManagerName), =text(ManagerName), etc. but all I get is a dash ' - ' . I cannot put text boxes above the pivot table as it will not allow me to do so on a multi-page page. Any thoughts?
