Biju, you should not be running active scanning on servers running our services, in particular on any of the directories we are using, as this is known to cause issues... See the following Help link where we state as much in the Completing the Installation section of that area, you can use the Setup Procedure shortcut on the right hand side to get to that area more quickly as well.
