MTD Calculation

How can I put the expression to calculate MTD? I have the following columns in the pivot table:-

Column 1 - Day ( 1, 2, 3, ... , 31)

Column 2 - Office

Column 3 - Daily Sales

Column 4 - MTD Sales (from day 1 to the day in column 1 above)

Use above ( total .....) function.

Like

sum ( above ( total sales ) )
