I need some help. I want to create a Macro to execute a Clear Field, when I select another field item. Is it possible?

You can better not use macro's, use the event triggers instead. In document properties\triggers you can add an action to the field you want to fire the clear field action on the other field.

You could use triggers on Select of a Field you can clear another field
