Magic Quadrant chart

Hi guys

I am trying to build a type of Magic Quadrant chart. At this point it kind of works, but the dimensions isn't quite right.

What i need is set dimensions per 1000, a 0 point in the middle, and the actual dots to lay on the correct position.

>Like you can see -200 & 3320 aren't equally apart from where 0 would be, it just creates dimension entries

Is there any way to achieve this in front end? Especially since the calculations include Year on Year.
