Mail Server Setup

Hi there,

I am trying to setup email alert.  I can ping our email server from the QlikView server.  I know the email account exist and no authentication needed.

I enter my email to the "Send test e-mail to" field in QlikView Management Console -> System -> Setup -> Mail Server -> General page

I got the following error message.

     Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: <XXXXX>, Recipient unknown

Is there any way to trace what is wrong in my email setup?
