Making web link

Hi,

I have straight table dashboard with the following data.

Sr No Username Website

1 scott http://highfy.com

2 tiger http://wifi.com

3 zena http://fiwi.com

I want make Website field as URL. If someone clicks on the data it should go internet explorer and open web site.

Can anyone come across this scenario.

hi tims,

is it ok, to give your website field in a text box object. It actually works like this: when you click on any data in the straight table, the text object will show your website, then when click on the website which is displayed on the text object will take you to the desired link or webpage.

i dont know to give link in the straight table itself.

HI Tims,

i think Orlando's example works perfectly. Go to the Expression tab-> select 'link' under representation.

Nope Ranjit, I am using 8.2 version I am able to see only these are the options under representatin - Text, Image, Circular Guage, Linear Guage, Traffic Light Guage, LED Guage.

I guess its version problem!
