We are developing mapping extension object and facing following limitations:
1. We have a lot of data (500k in some cases) and showing all those pins on map kill our performance, so we decided to show data only in the visible map area and for this purpose we just set min and max latitude variables.
It helped a bit but we still have performance issues. Developers say that it is not possible to make a selection of the data sub-set based on latitude and longitude in the fact table. It is only possible to set variables and use set analysis. And looks like setting of this variable takes a long time
2. We need to be able to show 20 properties in pop-up when clicking on some pin on the map. How we can get this amount of data for each particular pin? It looks like extension objects do not support more than 13 expressions.
