Copy the .qvw documents from the test server to the production server. And make sure all the dependencies (everything needed to reload the documents) are available on the production server.
Ideally you would maintain a relative path folder structure containing all dependencies, qvds and supporting files. This way deployment is reduced to a simple copy/paste of the whole folder. Here's an example folder structure:
