Minimilastic HTML Text box extension

Hi,

I am trying to use Minimilastic HTML Text box extension to move the text..

Referring this Scrolling Text on Top of the Screen link

My doubt is it works fine using "HTML" tags but it doesn't works with "Marquee" tags.

Please help me out.

Note: The weird part is it works fine on my laptop, but it doesnt work on the client's Development Server.
