Minimizing Objects

Hi All,

I would like to minimize an object. So I have used the 'On Action - Layout - Minimize' which works fine until I try it on a linked object. Then it does not. Nor does it work with a macro. Does anyone know of a reason for this or a workaround ?

Any help/advice is appreciated.

Hi David,

Did you try to use variables? You can hide or show objects with them.

I'm not trying to hide an object - just minimze it which can't be done with variables unfortunately.
