Mixing symbols and bars on combo chart (for gantt)

I am trying to do is show that flow of a patient through an Emergency department. What I would like to do is within the roomed bar shows symbols for time that things like attending assigned,  med ordered and so on. Is this possible? I have attached an example application and would like the Attending Assigned event symbol to be placed within the Roomed bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thanks for the reply Panetta. I am able to create a Gantt chart, but this issue is trying to get those one-time events to show as symbols within the Roomed bar on the chart.

in picture I see 3 points on chart but in the attached qvw I don't find these points.
