Module password how to set

Hi all

I have a qlikview file which has section access in that file i need to set macro to triggers data into excel.

i tried to write some macro VB scripts using Ctrl + M but it asking for module password. i didn't give any password for the module.

what can i do now how to access and write macro module programs.



Kindly provide solution

Within the document properties in tab security on the top right is a button to set a password for the module.

gave password to the security tab and i tried to open Module using Ctrl + M., It asking for password but not opening.

That means, somebody else has set a password for that module. And without knowing that pwd, you won't able to access it, that is what it is designed for.

Myself only using the application other peoples are not using as developer level i had set password only for section access only not any module password.
